I just received my order from Stampin' Up! and am feeling like it is Christmas time already. Not because of the Christmas items... but because I have so many new toys to play with! I was just like a little child tearing open their presents on Christmas morning.
I took advantage of this month's Designer Series Paper Special - Buy 3 get 4th one FREE! - so I have some wonderful papers to share with you over the next couple of weeks.
Today I am focusing on Berry Blossoms DSP and Fruit & Flowers - the coordinating stamp set. Both are featured on page 99 of the Idea Book & Catalog.

My first card was inspired by a Facebook message from my sister about her grandson eating some "strawbabbies".
I used:
Stamp Sets: Fruit & Flowers (pg.99), Something Sweet (pg.61)
Inks: Jet Black StazOn, Always Arthichoke
Card Stock: Whisper White, Lucky Limeade
Accessories: Berry Blossoms DSP (pgs.99 & 185), Ticket Corner Punch (pg.212), Scallop Edge Punch )pg.211), Stampin' Dimensionals (pg.206), Rhinestone Jewels (pg.198), 1/8" Daffodil Delight Taffeta Ribbon (pg.195) and Stampin' Write Markers
I've been discussing how much small changes make a big impact on the cards we create... making them look so different from one another. This next card uses almost the same the layout/sketch as the first card, but I have turned it on its side... turning it into a horizontal or landscape layout instead of the vertical/portrait layout of the first card. It's obvious
that I have also changed the colors I've used.
To make it yourself you will need:
Stamp Sets: Fruit & Flowers, You're a Gem (pg.156)
Inks: Wisteria Wonder, Concord Crush, White StazOn (pg.203)
Card Stock: Whisper White, Early Espresso, Calypso Coral
Accessories: Berry Blossoms DSP, 1/2" Early Espresso Scallop Dots Ribbon (pg.195), Metallic Brads (pg.199), Stampin' Dimensionals (pg.206)
I'm a strawberry lover myself... so of course I love this paper and stamp set as well. I'm looking forward to sharing many more projects using these products! I already have two more cards finished to share with you tomorrow... so make sure you come back for another look!
Happy Stamping~
